That's a Wrap!

The Wilson Theatre just wrapped up the 17th Gala, and it was one for the books! We had a terrible snow storm that rolled in and I was scared to death that no one would show up, while we were fewer in numbers, it was a great success! Cecilia Patterson was the Chairwoman and rallied the best cool cats in town to help her! The Theme was Happy Day's and it sure was a Happy Day! We had all kinds of yummy food (Thanks Drift Inn) guests showed up wearing their 50's apparel and Doctor Ward from River View Orthodontics showed up with his photo booth, it was so fun! We are so lucky to live in a place where people are so generous and kind. The annual fundraiser helps the Nonprofit Theater to generate operation funds for the coming year. The whole Theatre was decked out in all the 50’s décor you could imagine we even had an old fashion soda fountain. The raffle was filled with great items that everyone loved including a giant Spuddy Buddy from one our local growers. All in all it was a terrific event, if you missed it this year we look forward to seeing you next year!
